Q: How does Shopee calculate shipping fees?

A: Shipping fees are calculated based on the parcel’s weight and dimensions as provided by the seller, along with the courier rates of Shopee’s logistics partners.

 

 

Q: Will products from different sellers in the same order be delivered by the same shipping method?

A: No. Items from different sellers are shipped separately using the methods available or selected per seller. Shipping fees are charged individually per seller.

 

Example:

If you order Items A and B from Seller X, and Item C from Seller Y:

  • Items A and B will be shipped via Seller X’s chosen method

  • Item C will be shipped via Seller Y’s chosen method

 

 

Q: Can I change my shipping option?

A: Yes, you may change the allocated courier once, within 1 hour of courier assignment or before the seller books the pick-up, whichever comes first. This option is only available if the seller has enabled multiple couriers under the Standard Option.

 

Go to Shipping Information > CHANGE > select an available courier > Confirm.

 

 

Q: Where can I find shipping updates for my order?
A: To check the shipping status of your order, go to Me tab on the Shopee App > My Purchases > To Ship or To Receive > select your order >select the shipment status > View all shipping updates.

 

Q: What if I am not satisfied with the delivery service?

A: If you're unhappy with the delivery experience, you can leave a Delivery Service rating when rating your product(s) after confirming receipt of your order. Go to Me tab > My Purchases > Completed > Rate on the order > rate the Delivery Service > Submit.
