If the delivery of your order was unsuccessful, rest assured that your order will be redelivered by the courier.
First Delivery Attempt that failed to receive/accept
It will be redelivered, however, expect another delivery attempt within 2-3 days. Make sure to track your order in-app to check the next scheduled delivery date.
Second Delivery Attempt or Refusal to accept the order on the first delivery attempt
The order will be canceled and tagged as Return to Sender (RTS).
Unsuccessful delivery attempts may be due to the following reasons:
⚠️Note • Once your order is tagged as RTS the order will no longer be available for redelivery. • For Non-COD orders, you will receive a refund once the parcel has been successfully returned to the seller. Learn more about how to get your payment for a refund for cancelled orders. • Not all couriers will send an SMS or call before delivering the parcel, make sure to track your delivery via the Shopee App. If you receive an SMS or call from the rider who will deliver your order, you can contact the rider directly using the number they used. • For rider behavior concerns and/or fake pick up/delivery attempts/incorrect order status, you may contact the courier directly or our Customer Service. |
