Why have I not received my Shopee Coins? (ENG)

For orders from shops with Cashback Promotions, you will receive your Shopee Coins after an order has been completed or after you click the Order Received button.
Here are the following reasons why you have not been able to receive your Shopee Coins:
- The order has been returned/refunded
- The order has been partially refunded or canceled
- The order did not have a Cashback voucher applied before check out.

The daily limit of coins earned is based on the purchased date. However, the actual earning of coins is based on when the order has been completed.

24 hours after the Purchase Date | Within 24 hours after the order has been completed or tapped the 'Order Received' button |
