[Delivery] Can I change my delivery details after my order has been placed? (ENG)

Make sure to always check your delivery details(such as recipient name, address, or contact information) before checking out your order. 

 

You cannot revise your delivery details/or cancel once the seller has arranged your shipment. 

 

In case you need to change your delivery details after checking out the order, the following criteria have to be met first:

  • You can change your delivery details within 1 hour after placing an order or before the seller arranges your order for shipment.

  • You have not made payment or payment has not been confirmed (for non-Shopee Supported Logistics).

  • You have not requested a change of address for the order before. The delivery address can only be changed once for each order. 

  • Equal or lesser value of Shipping Fee cost

  • The address or location is not drastically changed (that will affect the shipping cost)

 
 

⚠️ Note

Once the Seller arranges your order for shipment you can no longer change your shipping address or cancel your order,  you’ll have to contact the seller to cancel the order manually.

 

 

To change or edit your shipping address, select To Ship under My Purchases via the Me tab on Shopee App > Select the order > Select CHANGE beside Delivery Address > Select the address you wish to change to > Confirm.

 

You may change the following details in this process: 

  • Recipient's Name
  • Phone Number
  • Delivery Address

 

 

⚠️ Note

To change to a new address that is not saved in our system, you can Add a new address on the Address Selection page.
