[Shipping orders] How do I calculate the Days to Ship (DTS) or time needed to ship my orders? (ENG)

The number of days needed to prepare and ship out an order is known as Days to Ship (DTS). DTS is calculated based on the time an order’s payment is verified and the time shipment is arranged.
• For non-pre-order listings, DTS is 1 day.
• For pre-order listings, DTS is between 7 to 30 days.
This calculation excludes weekends, public holidays, and the logistics partner’s non-working days.
⚠️ Note • DTS may change especially on campaign days. Watch out for announcements via PN, Seller Center, and Seller App. • The latest date by which an order has to be shipped out is also known as the shipping deadline or Ship-by Date. |
