You can add, edit, or delete the addresses linked to your Shopee account via the Shopee App or the Shopee Website.
⚠️ Note • Make sure that you’ve put the correct and accurate delivery or pickup address. This will prevent your orders from being delayed, returned to the seller (RTS), and pickup failure. • If you are located or want an order delivered in a Special Economic Zone, please check our suggested addresses for Special Economic Zones (SEZ). • When you are adding/editing your address, make sure to put the correct region, province, city, barangay, and postal code. Check your Philippine Postal Code. • Please make sure that you have pinned the correct location under your declared barangay address. You may adjust the pin on the map if the first pinned location is incorrect. • The free text field address won’t update automatically based on the pinned location on the map. The declared address in the free text field will still be considered as a basis for where the courier will deliver your order. • Changing your delivery address is possible as long as certain conditions are met. • You can add up to 10 different addresses. • Ensure that the full name and addresses added are correct, it will be reflected on the AWB: • Keep the name short (less than 100 characters) • Keep the freeform address brief (less than 300 characters) |
Via the Shopee App
Go to Me tab > Select the settings icon > My Addresses > Select Add a new address > Fill in the details > SUBMIT.
⚠️ Note When you type in your street name, building, and house number, you’ll be directed to a new page wherein you can input your geolocation or detailed address and view the location. |
To edit an existing address, simply select the address > edit details > SUBMIT.
To delete an existing address, select the address > Delete Address > Yes.
Via the Shopee Website
Select your username > Select My Account via the dropdown list > Select Addresses > Select + Add New Address, Edit, or Delete, depending on your needs.
