A: Yes, pick-up service is available for sellers. You can also drop off parcels at SPX Express drop-off hubs.
Q: Is it possible to rearrange the date and time of delivery? What if I will not be around at the time of delivery?
A: Delivery partners are advised to wait for a maximum of 15 minutes upon arrival at the delivery location.
SPX Express is implementing a maximum of two (2) valid delivery attempts within two (2) consecutive days for all last-mile transactions.
Q: Can someone receive my order, on my behalf if I’m not available?
A: If you will not be available to receive your order, you may assign someone to receive the parcel on your behalf. Your representative must be provided with an authorization letter to receive the package, especially if it is prepaid.
Please provide consent to the delivery rider as Proof of Delivery (POD).
Q: Can I pay for my COD order after I have opened and checked the package?
A: Opening of parcels without cash payment is strictly prohibited. Our delivery partners will not turn over the package without receiving full payment first.
Q: Can I get my money back from the delivery partner after opening the package?
A: The rider will not refund your money. Our delivery riders are not allowed to accept received orders or parcels that were already opened. You may request your refund via the Shopee app. Visit My Purchases > Returns & Refunds.
