Get another copy of your e-ticket
You can go to Me Tab > Digital Purchase > To Receive > Travel in the Shopee app to be able to revisit your bookings that have yet to be claimed.
Select the booking that you wish to get the e-ticket/voucher > go to Order Details page > scroll down until you see the Resend E-ticket button and tap on it to resend your e-ticket and receipt to your registered email address.
⚠️Note If you haven’t received the booking confirmation yet, check the spam/junk folder of your e-mail to confirm that no e-mail was sent by booking.id@shopee.com. If you cannot find the email in the junk/spam folder, you may contact our Shopee Customer Service for further assistance. |
