You can go to the Me tab > Load, Bills & Travel > To Receive > Travel > Select the booking that you wish to get the e-ticket/voucher > On the Order Details page, scroll down and select Resend E-ticket to resend your e-ticket and receipt to your desired email address.
⚠️Note If you haven’t received the booking confirmation yet, check the spam/junk folder of your e-mail to confirm that no e-mail was sent by booking.id@shopee.com. If you cannot find the email in the junk/spam folder, you may contact our Shopee Customer Service for further assistance. |
