Suppose the seller fails to receive the RTS delivery after all valid attempts by the courier. In that case, the courier will tag the order as Delivery Failed, and then the item will be on hold at the courier's warehouse/hub for 10 days.
The courier will mark the delivery as Failed for reasons such as:
Seller not available
Seller refuses the delivery
Seller has moved to a different location
Seller’s house or office is closed
No one is available to receive on the seller’s behalf, etc.
Parcels left unclaimed after the 10-day holding period will be disposed of.
