Suppose the seller fails to receive the RTS delivery after all valid attempts by the courier. In that case, the courier will tag the order as Delivery Failed, and then the item will be on hold at the courier's warehouse/hub for 15 days.
The courier will tag Delivery Failed due to the following:
Seller not available,
Seller refuses,
Seller moves to another location,
Seller's house or office is closed,
No one will receive on behalf of the seller, etc.
Parcels left unclaimed after the 15-day holding period will be disposed of.
