Return and Refund Policy for Prepaid Products under Loads, Bills & eServices (ENG)

This refund policy pertains to all prepaid products or bills payment services being offered through Shopee’s Digital Products. This includes, but is not limited to, the following items:

 

  • Mobile Load

  • Mobile Data

  • Game Vouchers

  • Insurance

  • Water Bill

  • Landline

  • Postpaid TV Cable

  • Prepaid TV Cable

  • Loans

  • Credit Cards

  • Postpaid Phone

  • Internet

  • Postpaid Electricity

  • Prepaid Electricity

  • Government Services

  • Toll

  • Education

  • Real Estate

  • Memorial Plan



Given the nature of prepaid products, refunds and returns cannot be accommodated once the top-up has been successfully generated and released to the mobile number or account details provided by the user. In cases where users experience difficulties locating or claiming the prepaid product, they may reach out to the Shopee Customer Service Team.

 

On the other hand, the cancellation and refund of bills payment transactions may or may not be allowed depending on the biller’s cancellation and refund policy. For cancellation and refund requests, users may reach out to the Biller's Customer Service Team.
