[ShopeePay] How can I send money via InstaPay? (ENG)

You may now send money to banks and e-wallets via InstaPay by Inputting Recipient Details, Saved Bank Accounts, or by QRPh Code.
Inputting Recipient Details
To send money, go to ShopeePay wallet on the homepage > Send Money > choose either Send to Bank Account or Send to Other e-Wallet > input recipient details and amount to be sent.
Saved Bank Accounts
To send money, go to ShopeePay wallet on the homepage > Send Money > choose either Send to Bank Account or Send to Other e-Wallet > select a saved account > input amount to be sent and select Confirm.
QRPh Code
To send money, click on the scan icon found on the Shopee homepage > scan the QRPh code of your recipient > input amount to be sent and select Confirm.
If you encounter problems with sending money via InstaPay on ShopeePay, it is likely that a payment issue has occurred. Contact Shopee Customer Service with the Order SN Number. You can find it by selecting the Failed Transfer Send transaction under Last Transactions > Copy.
