[ShopeePay] How can I send money via InstaPay?

You may now send money to banks and e-wallets via InstaPay by Inputting Recipient Details, Saved Bank Accounts, or by QRPh Code.
Inputting Recipient Details
To send money, select Send Money on the homepage > choose either Bank Account or Other E-wallets > Add New Bank Account > fill-in recipient details > Next > input amount to be sent > Next > Send Money Now > enter your ShopeePay PIN.
Saved Bank Accounts
To send money, select Send Money on the homepage > choose either Bank Account or Other E-wallets > select a saved account > input amount to be sent and select Next > Send Money Now > enter your ShopeePay PIN.
QRPh Code
To send money, click on the scan icon found on the Shopee homepage > scan the QRPh code of your recipient > input amount to be sent and select Next > Send Money Now > enter your ShopeePay PIN.
A payment error may have occurred if you experience issues sending money via InstaPay on ShopeePay. Contact Shopee Customer Service and provide your Order SN number. You can find it by selecting the relevant refunded transaction under History > Copy.
⚠️Note InstaPay is an electronic fund transfer (EFT) service that allows customers to instantly send (real-time, available 24/7) a maximum of P50,000 per day to any Bancnet partner banks/e-wallets. |
