There are 3 actions you can take if you haven’t received your order after the Estimated Delivery Date:

1. Raise a refund request

Select To Receive via the Me tab on the Shopee App > Select the order > Select Return/Refund on the Order Details page > Select the I didn’t receive my items > Select the Product(s) not received > Next > Select Reason > Select Parcel not delivered > Confirm > then, check proof of delivery. If the proof of delivery is not familiar to you, select Proceed > Submit

3. Contact the logistics partner

Sometimes riders send an SMS when delivering your order, If you receive an SMS, you can directly contact the courier using the number used.

If the rider is not responding or did not receive any SMS/Calls from the courier, you may contact the courier directly for assistance and provide the following to inquire about the status of the order:

  • Order SN

  • Tracking Number

⚠️Note

• Not all riders send out SMS/Calls before delivering the order. If you are not expecting any delivery avoid receiving orders that are not within your Delivery Status. Learn more about tracking your orders.

• Once an order has been shipped out, we can no longer process the cancellation. However, if the order hasn’t been delivered past the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD), you may choose the Raise Return/Refund option above.

You may contact the seller directly for orders shipped using non-Shopee Supported Logistics. If the seller is not responsive, you can raise a refund request before Shopee Returns Window ends.
