Can I cancel my mobile load/data order? (ENG)
Para sa Taglish version ng article, basahin dito.
You can cancel your mobile load/data order as long as you have not paid for the order. You can go to Me tab > Digital Purchase > To Pay > Select the order > Cancel Order.
⚠️ Note • For orders that are not paid within the stated deadline, your order will automatically be canceled. • For paid orders and did not receive your mobile load/data, kindly contact Shopee Customer Service to raise a refund request. |
