Can I cancel my mobile load/data order?

Yes, you can cancel your mobile load/data order if it hasn’t been paid. Go to Me tab > Digital Purchase > To Pay > Select the order > Cancel Order.

• Orders not paid within the deadline will be automatically canceled.

• If you've paid but didn't receive your mobile load/data, contact Shopee Customer Service to request a refund.
