[Vouchers] What is a cashback voucher?

Cashback vouchers allow you to receive cashback in the form of Shopee Coins, which can be used to pay for your future orders.
For example, if you use a 15% Cashback voucher when making a ₱1000 purchase, you will receive Shopee Coins equivalent to a cashback amount of ₱150 that you can use on your next purchase.
You can find and claim Cashback vouchers from the Cashback page on the Shopee App homepage. Select Cashback > Claim.
View your claimed Cashback vouchers on the My Vouchers page. To use your Cashback voucher, select it when you're checking out your products.
⚠️Note · The Cashback shortcut icon title may change with different campaigns. · You can use the Cashback vouchers on products with a Cashback banner only. · Once you have claimed the voucher, use it as soon as possible before the voucher is fully redeemed, as some vouchers may have Limited Redemption. · You will receive the Shopee Coins after your order is completed. |
