[ShopeePay] How do I cash-in via InstaPay?

Cash in to your ShopeePay account via InstaPay
To Cash In using InstaPay, go to ShopeePay balance on the homepage > select Cash in > select InstaPay > choose your preferred bank > CONFIRM > read the instructions carefully before selecting Open the Application.
⚠️ Note • ShopeePay cashback is not convertible/withdrawable to cash and can only be used within the Shopee App. All unused cashback issued will be subject to clawback process. Please refer to the clawback schedule. • Account Number is your Shopee registered phone number, format: 09XXXXXXXXX. • You may also go to your chosen bank and transfer to your ShopeePay account. |
Your ShopeePay balance will reflect the Cash in amount immediately after payment is verified. You can contact Shopee Customer Service if you don’t see your Cash in balance reflected within 1 day.
If you encounter problems with cashing in your ShopeePay wallet, a payment issue has likely occurred. Contact Shopee Customer Service with the Transaction ID. You can find it by selecting the Failed Cash in transaction under Last Transactions > COPY.
Balance limits
Non-verified accounts can only cash in a monthly balance of up to Php 10,000. Verify your account to increase your wallet limits to Php 100,000.
