For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders serviced by Shopee Xpress (Standard Local - Standard Delivery), users can pay using  ShopeePay, GCash, other banks, and e-wallets.

⚠️Note

1. This feature is only available for COD orders allocated to Shopee Xpress (Standard Local - Standard Delivery).
2. Changing the payment method will no longer be allowed after placing an order.

2. No need to go out to physically withdraw money
3. No need to wait for riders to provide change
4. Package can be checked before the payment

How To

Select Shipping Option (Standard Local /Shopee Xpress) during checkout > Confirm > Select Cash on Delivery as the Payment Method > Confirm.

Once the rider delivers your order, inform your rider that you would like to pay your COD order via ShopeePay, GCash, other banks, or e-wallets.

Go to your ShopeePay, GCash, other e-wallets, or bank app > Scan > Scan the Shopee Xpress rider’s QRPh code. The exact amount for the COD transaction will be reflected > Enter your PIN.
