If your order pickup was unsuccessful, it will appear in the delivery status on the Order Details page in the Shopee app. You can contact the seller directly to check with them on the pickup rearrangement. Learn more about orders returned to the sellers.
If the seller has not arranged the order for pickup or shipped your order within the stipulated time frame, your order will be automatically canceled by our system. We will then proceed to refund you accordingly if your mode of payment is not COD.
Make sure to track your order within the Shopee App. The shipping information status might not reflect immediately, kindly wait within 24 - 48 hours for the couriers to update your order status. You can also contact Shopee Supported Logistics.
