[Digital Products] How do I check the order status for Digital Products?

To check order status for Digital Products, go to Digital Purchases via the Me tab on the Shopee App > Filter orders by order status (To Pay, To Receive, etc) > Select an order to view more details.

⚠️ Note

Transactions for digital products will be processed once payment is made. Do note that some digital products (e.g. Prepaid SIM top-up) will require buyers to take time before an order can be considered as completed.
