[Shipping Returns] Will the shipping fee for my return parcel be covered by Shopee?

If you select Self Arrange to return the parcel, the buyer has to shoulder the return shipping fee (RSF) initially which can be refunded once the refund process is completed.

If you selected Pick Up or Drop Off as your return shipping method, you do not need to pay any shipping fee. Simply have your parcel picked up from your address by SPX Express, or drop off your return parcel at any SPX Express (SPX), J&T Express (J&T), or Flash Express (FEX) branch. Make sure to follow the steps on returning your parcel.
