The Quality Check (QC) performed by the Shopee Warehouse team for returned products may take up to 48 hours. This is to ensure that returned products are in acceptable condition (based on the reasons for your return/refund request) before the return/refund request can be approved.
Depending on the results of the inspection, Shopee will either:
Approve the refund request
The refund will be processed and issued based on the payment method used.
Reject the refund request
The product will be sent back to you and we will share the rejection reason(s) with you via email.
