Avoid issues or concerns while using Shopee App for promotions, games, checkout, or other transaction issues by updating your Shopee App to the latest version.

If your app is not updated, please check if you have the latest version by going to your Google Play/App Store > search Shopee > check if your Shopee App is due for an update.

For iOS (via App Store)

Open the App Store > Select your profile icon at the top of the screen > Scroll to see pending updates and release notes > Select Update next to the app icon.

For Android (via Google Play Store)

Select your profile icon at the upper-left corner of your screen > Select Settings > Network Preferences > Select Auto-update apps > Select your preferred way to update apps > OK > Search for Shopee App > Select Update.
