Q: What is Economy International?
A: It is a cost-efficient option when ordering items from China wherein the shipping option will be up to 50% cheaper with a longer estimated delivery time.

Q: Why I cannot see this option on my checkout page?
A: There are 4 Criteria before buyers can see this option:
- The seller must enable this option on its listing
- The product price should be less than Php 250
- The payment option should be Non-COD (Ex: ShopeePay)
- Only applicable for buyers with addresses in Metro Manila, GMA, and Luzon
Q: What if the buyer orders multiple items?
A: As long as the total product price is less than 250 PHP, Economy International can be selected.
Q: What type of Seller can toggle Economy International?
A: All Cross Border Sellers and parcels coming from China can enable this option.
Q: Can I still use my vouchers?
A: Yes, vouchers will still work for Economy International.
