For Data Privacy Guidelines for Shipments and Delivery, we request delivery photos from our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners. The Delivery Photos are intended to help customers know that their package was safely delivered and where, picked up, or canceled to ensure the protection of our Buyers, Sellers & Partners and for internal audit purposes. The collection of photos is done using 3PL’s secured rider application interface and/or 3PL rider’s company-issued mobile phone, as the case may be.
