General Data Privacy Inquiry/Concerns

Kindly send an email to dpo.ph@shopee.com detailing the privacy problem, ideally with a screenshot of the complaint.

Credit Card Fraud Related Concerns

If you are concerned about credit card fraud, please submit the following information to dpo.ph@shopee.com so that we can assist you.

1. PNP / NBI Request letter-request addressed to the Data Protection Officer, Shopee Philippines Inc. Please note that we will only disclose the information you are requesting to the authorities
2. Last 4 Digits of your credit card number
3. Issuing Bank
4. Date and time of transaction
5. Reference Ticket number from Shopee (If Applicable)
