What to do to avoid order cancellation? (ENG)

If your order is already booked or the payment has been verified, you can no longer cancel your order. Make sure to check the order before checking out to avoid cancellation.
Here are some best practices that you can do to avoid order cancellation:
- Double-check your order before checking out, and make sure that the number of items selected is the correct quantity, size, color, variant, etc. This is also to avoid duplicated items in your cart.
- Be present on the date of delivery. You can see when the order will be in-transit for delivery in the app. Learn how to track your order.
⚠️ Note • It is essential to track your order in the app since not all riders will send SMS/Calls when your order is being delivered. • Make sure to have a representative that will receive your order on your behalf. |
