How to return your order via J&T Express? (ENG)

You can now return your order for free and track it in-app. You can select Drop Off to return your orders with J&T Express.
Drop Off
For Shopee Mall orders, during the request for a Return/Refund, select Shipping Option > Drop Off > Confirm
For Non-Mall orders, wait for Shopee to notify you via email and in-app once the return request is accepted, select Shipping Option > Drop Off > Confirm
⚠️ Note • Kindly keep the original packaging of the parcels you wish to return. • J&T can only provide free pouches and packaging tapes at the branch. High-value, fragile, items delivered in a box packaging - must be brought along with the original box packaging. • Make sure not to pack or seal them completely as J&T staff need to inspect the items first. J&T may reject your parcel after inspection of items and packaging. • If you wish to return your item through other preferred couriers, you can select the Self-Arrange option • Please drop off your return parcel within 5 calendar days after the Shopee or seller accepts your return request. Otherwise, the return request will be automatically canceled and the amount will be escrowed to the seller. |
Repack your items for return and go to your nearest J&T Express branch. You don’t need to print anything for the J&T return. Just present the tracking number that can be found on the Return/Refund Details page.
You may check the nearest J&T branch in your area by selecting View all branches. The displayed/suggested J&T branches are based on the order’s delivery address. You can also check other branch locations by typing it in the search box.
At the branch, present the item to be returned and the tracking number indicated in the app at the counter. The J&T Express staff will check the item to be returned. The staff will print your J&T Express Drop Off Return Label to be attached to your package. Returning an item is free of charge.

You may track the return parcel shipping information in the Shopee app. Please allow Shopee or your seller to validate the return parcel. It will take a maximum of 11 days for Shopee to process your refund if the returned parcel has been successfully verified.
