If there is an issue with your order containing items that require special handling, you may follow the instructions below when filing for a Return/Refund request.
To do so, select To Receive under My Purchases via the Me tab > Select order > Select Return/Refund > I have received my items but there are issues > select the product(s) to return > Select Next.
Then, select Reason > select return/refund reason Damaged > Other types of damage > select Confirm > provide evidence and description > Submit.
Choose the preferred Shipping option to return your order back to the seller.
