How to request a Return/Refund for Items that require Special Handling? (ENG)

If there is an issue with your order containing items that require special handling, you may follow the instructions below when filing for a Return/Refund request. 

To do so, select To Receive under My Purchases via the Me tab > Select order > Select Return/Refund > I have received my items but there are issues > select the product(s) to return > Select Next


 

Then, select Reason > select return/refund reason Damaged > Other types of damage > select Confirm > provide evidence and description > Submit.


Choose the preferred Shipping option to return your order back to the seller.

• If you experience issues in uploading the evidence needed for return/refund, you can try our basic troubleshooting.

Properly provide evidence for each return/refund reason.

For special handling cases, Shopee will review the case and get back to you on the resolution.
