How can I view the status of My Enquiries in the Shopee App? (ENG)

Enquiries are tickets submitted to Shopee's Customer Service channels.


You can view the status of your Chat or Email enquiries for the last 7 days in your Shopee App. You’ll be able to reply to the agent  and even rate your solved enquiries.


There are multiple entry points to view the status of your Enquiry:


Via Help Center 

Go to Me tab > Help Center > Scroll down and select Case Tracker. You will be redirected to the My Enquiries page where you can view all of your enquiries, filter it by tapping All, Ongoing, or Closed, then select an enquiry ticket to learn more about its status and progress.

In the selected enquiry you will be able to see the following: Category, Status, Enquiry ID, and Last Update Time.

For Chat Enquiries, you can tap Read More to view your Chat conversation with the agent.

Via Floating Chat Icon

Just select the floating icon > check the agent’s chat message

⚠️Note

 You will only get notifications if an agent has responded to your enquiry.
