How do I choose TouchPay as a payment option? (ENG)

You can only use TouchPay as a payment option for Cash-in via ShopeePay or for repayment of SPayLater and SLoan.

To pay using TouchPay, during check out select Payment Option >TouchPay > Confirm > Place Order.

To use the TouchPay machine to process your payment

Select e-Money > Shopee > Shopee Checkout Order > Enter your Payment Code (found on your Payment Instruction Page) > Verify your payment details > Confirm your payment details and Insert your cash payment into the machine.

If possible, insert the exact cash amount into the machine. 

  1. For transactions with the change, you will be issued a change-receipt PIN found on your receipt. Follow the instructions printed on the receipt to know how to use your change for your next TouchPay transaction.
  2. For incomplete and canceled payments, a change receipt will also be issued containing the inserted amount of cash (including amounts inputted from change receipt PINs).

After successful payment with TouchPay, kindly wait up to 24 hours to allow your amount to reflect in the Shopee App.

 



⚠️ Note

• Please pay the exact cash amount to the TouchPay machine (TouchPay only accepts bills). 

• The change will be given in a change receipt containing instructions on how to use the PIN.

• If the change receipt is no longer working or is lost please reach out to TouchPay’s 24/7 Customer Support by dialing (02) 8232-8946 or (02) 8232-8947 or email them at custcare@meps.ph
