What does the Pending order status on my SPayLater order mean? (ENG)

We have updated our system and random order verification is needed to ensure a high level of security is implemented.
If your orders are pending, they will not be deducted from your credit limit. Only the approved orders will be deducted from your credit limit.
You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours to approve your payment.
Why did my pending SPayLater order fail?
These are the following possible reasons why your SPayLater Order failed:
- Your pending order is above your approved credit limit.
- You have encountered an error on the facial verification step. When retrying the transaction, kindly double-check to ensure your face is clear when undergoing the liveness check.
⚠️Note If your SPayLater Order was rejected/ failed, you have an hour to retry the transaction with other payment options; otherwise, it will be moved to the Canceled order tab. |
