Keep in mind that with your ShopeePay PIN, no one can purchase or withdraw using your ShopeePay balance, so your funds will stay safe in your account. 

Your ShopeePay account is tied to your Shopee account. When you sign in using a new device, you will be prompted to key in OTP (one-time password) which will be sent to your Shopee-registered mobile number.

If your phone is lost and OTP is accessible, please immediately contact Shopee Customer Service.
