The Lowest Price Guarantee program only applies to products with the “Lowest Price Guaranteed” label , and is subject to the Terms & Conditions below:
1. ShopeePH LPG Claim Form must be submitted at least one (1) day after placing the order, AND within seven (7) days from the date of order completion.

2. ShopeePH LPG Claim Form must be submitted with screenshots of the items from Shopee with visible prices, “Lowest Price Guaranteed” labels, screenshots of the competitor’s item with visible prices, as well as the items’ corresponding URLs in both the competitor’s website and Shopee.
3. Claims can only be processed if a valid order ID has been provided that indicates a purchase was made.
4. Users are only entitled to submit three (3) claims, with unique Order IDs per week. Claims with duplicate order IDs would be deemed invalid.
5. Only items from the following platforms can be compared with Shopee’s items:

1. Type
2. Brand
3. Color
4. Size
5. Model year
6. Condition (Brand new, pre-owned)
7. Authenticity
8. Warranty validity periods
9. Freebies included
10. Points of origin (overseas or local)
11. Seller Type (Mall, Supermarket, etc)
as that of the competitor's deal, this includes product bundles, where all the items being compared must be an exact match.
7. The product reported on the competitor's website must still be in stock and remain available for purchase online at a lower price at the time we conduct our validation.
8. All price references should be in Philippine peso only.
9. Total compensation for a successful claim will be 120% of the price difference between the items from Shopee and competitor upon time of purchase. A maximum of 1,000 coins can be credited to a single user within a month if claims submitted are deemed valid/successful.
10. Any dispute concerning this activity shall be resolved and decided by Shopee. All decisions shall be deemed final.
11. Shopee reserves the right to reject any submission made by a user whose account has an irregular status.
12. Shopee reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice.
13. Feedback on claims, whether approved or rejected, can be expected within 2-3 weeks from submission, via in-app Shopee notifications. If successful, coins will be credited at the same time.
