Make sure that you are logged in to your Facebook account using the Safari browser (not the Facebook App).

Register your Shopee Account via Facebook for iOS users, by selecting Sign Up in Me tab > Sign Up with Facebook > Continue to authorize the Shopee app to connect to your Facebook account > Complete the registration by creating your Shopee username and password. 

You can now start buying or selling in the Shopee App.
