How do I purchase the protection service? (ENG)

To avail of Shopee’s protection service for an item, select Cracked Screen Protection, Electronics Protection, Gadget Protection, or Merchandise Protection at the Checkout page > Place Order.

View the insurance policies availed

To do so, select the Finance icon on the homepage > select Insurance > My Policies > swipe to view To Pay, Purchased, Expired, and Cancelled policies.

You may also view your policies as part of your Purchase History.


⚠️ Note 

Cracked Screen Protection is offered when purchasing mobile accessories. You may choose which device you would like to be insured when you activate the policy.

• Electronics Protection is offered when purchasing electronic appliances.

• Gadget Protection is offered for mobile phones, tablets, and smartwatches.

• Merchandise Protection is offered for selected lifestyle accessories. You may check on the product page and at Checkout if the policy is available for this protection plan.
