How do I claim the Cracked Screen Protection service? (ENG)

You can claim the Cracked Screen Protection service once the front screen of your device has been damaged due to accidental physical impact within the service term after availing of the service.


⚠️ Note 

Make sure to download and install the Igloo App. This is where you can request a claim using the link sent to you through email/SMS. 


Making a Claim

Go to the Partner’s App > Log in to your registered mobile number/email and key in the One-Time Password (OTP) > select the policy and benefits you wish to claim> input the necessary details and provide a photo of the cracked screen as proof > review and submit.


Once you receive a confirmation from Igloo, bring the damaged phone to one of the repair centers being suggested or send the damaged mobile phone to that address.


⚠️ Note 

• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours from the incident causing the accidentally cracked screen of the mobile phone.

• If you get the screen repaired at Igloo service centers, you will only need to pay the deductibles and excess amount (if any). If you get the screen repaired at other shops or service centers, you will be required to pay for repair costs first and claim reimbursement after. Upon completion of the repair, please submit repair information to the same service center and provide repair details (i.e., photos of the repaired mobile phone with the IMEI number and the repair receipt with the amount) and your bank account details for reimbursement.

• You will be reimbursed within 5 working days from the date of claim approval.
