Cracked Screen Protection covers screen damage to the front screen of your device due to accidental physical impact for up to 12 months.
In the event this happens to your eligible device, you may submit a claim to our service partner to avail of professional replacement services via authorized centers.
Apply for the Cracked Screen Protection when purchasing a mobile accessory.
To do so, select Cracked Screen Protection at the checkout page > Place Order.

The service term and corresponding service value vary depending on the protection plan recommended to you.

⚠️ Note • A device is only eligible for one Cracked Screen Protection at any one time. The subsequent plan applied for the same device will automatically extend its coverage period. • A successful Screen Test is required to activate the service. If the screen test fails, you may reactivate the service with another device. |
