How do I claim the Electronics Protection service? (ENG)

You can claim under the Electronics Protection service for your electronic devices/appliances due to accidental or liquid damage.

 

Making a Claim

Go to the Partner’s portal > Log in your registered mobile number/email and key in the One-Time Password (OTP) > select the policy and benefits you wish to claim > input the necessary details and provide a photo of the damaged device or police report (in case of theft) as proof > review and submit.

 

Once you receive a confirmation from Igloo, bring the item for repair to the service centers or other repair shops chosen, or contact the suggested repair shop and schedule a home visit for repair.

 

⚠️ Note 

Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the incident causing the accidental and/or liquid damage.

• If you choose to get your electronic device repaired at an Igloo service center, you will only need to pay the deductibles and excess amount (if any). If you choose other repair shops, you will be required to pay for repair costs first and file for reimbursement after. Upon completion of the repair, please submit repair information to the same service center and provide repair details (i.e., photos of the repaired item with proof of purchase and the repair receipt with amount) and your bank account details for reimbursement.

• You will be reimbursed within 5 working days from the date of claim approval.
