To activate your SLoan, go to Finance Circle Page or Me tab > SLoan > Activate Now.

Enter the One Time Password (OTP) > upload a valid Government ID.

Tips when uploading your ID:

1. Use the back camera to capture your ID.
2. Position your ID card in the available frame.
3. Please ensure that the picture is clear and that the details captured are correct.

Fill out the application form with the required details > Read the policies and terms and conditions > Tick the boxes if you agree > Confirm.

You may choose to complete additional tasks to get additional credit limit:

1. Upload proof of residential address (current or last month’s household bill with address)
2. Link to Facebook
3. Upload proof of income (current or last month’s payslip)

After, you will need to through a liveness check and select Start Facial Verification.

After the successful completion of the liveness check, you will be notified of your approval within 24 hours. Once approved, you will receive a notification that you have successfully activated your SLoan account.
