How do I withdraw a loan from SLoan? (ENG)

You can withdraw a minimum of PHP 2,500 and a maximum of PHP 100,000 depending on the credit limit given to you when your account was activated.
⚠️Note • SLoan will be disbursed to your ShopeePay wallet. Make sure that your ShopeePay Wallet is activated and verified to be able to cash out and use SLoan. Learn more here. • You can no longer cancel the SLoan feature once it’s been activated. • There will be no charge on your account if SLoan remains unused. To withdraw from SLoan, go to Finance Circle Page or Me tab > SLoan > Withdraw Loan.
Input the Loan Amount > select Tenure (number of months of payment) > Withdraw Now > Enter ShopeePay PIN.
You’ll then receive a confirmation of successful loan withdrawal. The loan will be disbursed to your ShopeePay soon and you can use it to purchase, send money, and withdraw via bank transfer.
Why was my request to withdraw my loan rejected?
SLoan may have encountered an issue with your request. You may have an outstanding overdue amount in one or more credit products, such as SPayLater. Kindly settle your outstanding overdue amount to be able to withdraw.
