Maaari gumamit ng hanggang dalawang (2) voucher types sa isang checkout.
Shopee Platform Voucher (such as Free Shipping Discount Voucher, Discount, or Coins Cashback voucher)
1 Shop Voucher per shop (Discount or Cashback)
⚠️Tandaan Bago gamitin ang voucher, siguraduhing i-review and terms and condition. Ang bawat voucher code ay mayroong sariling terms and condition, gaya ng minimum spend, specific redemption period, limited number ng pag redeem, para lamang sa specific na shop, o may specific payment method na kailangan. |
Mga posibleng dahilan kung bakit hindi gumagana ang iyong voucher code:
Expired na ang voucher code
Hindi eligible para sa voucher ang mga item sa iyong cart
Hindi na-meet ang Terms and Conditions
Paggamit ng “new user only voucher” pero na-detect ng aming system na ang account na iyon ay na-log in na dati
Ang mobile number ng user ay nasa aming fraudulent blacklist
Pwedeng gamitin ulit ang mga voucher sa mga sumusunod na kundisyon:
Kinancel mo ang iyong order bago magbayad
Seller ang nag-cancel ng iyong order
Nire-refund ang iyong buong order
Pasok pa sa validity period ang voucher

Para i-claim ang mga Shopee-created voucher pumunta sa Me tab > My Vouchers > Input Promo Code.
Pwede mong makita ang mga voucher iyong na-receive, na-claim, at na-purchase sa My Vouchers page. Pwede mo rin gamitin ang Saved Vouchers during checkout. Alamin din ang iba pang tungkol sa pag-save ng Voucher Code for future use.
