1. Are you allowed to return parcels with issues at the Shopee Self Pick-Up points?

A: You cannot return or leave opened parcels at the Shopee Self Pick-Up points. Instead, you may file for Return/Refund request through the Shopee app for incomplete, wrong, or damaged products. 

2. What will happen to your parcel if you fail to retrieve it within the 7-day Pick-Up window?

A: Parcel will be picked up by SPX from the Shopee  Self Pick-Up point once it exceeds the 7-day holding period. Return of the parcel to the seller will be initiated.

3. What is the maximum weight and size for the parcel to be eligible for Shopee Self Pick-Up?

A: Shopee Self Pick-Up is only able to support deliveries of up to 5kg and a maximum dimension of 30 cm on all sides.

4. Can someone else collect your parcel on your behalf?

A: Yes, as long as the person you authorized to Pick-Up can provide the correct PIN and tracking number.

5. Can I switch to Door to Door delivery instead?

A: No, we are unable to change the delivery option once the order has been placed.

6: What if I can’t access my Shopee app to get my PIN and tracking number while at the Pick-Up point?

A: You may request the Shopee Self Pick-Up point agent to send the PIN and tracking number to your registered phone number.
