[ShopeePay] How do I Scan to Pay in-Store? (ENG)

Scan to Pay with ShopeePay is a feature where you can use ShopeePay to pay for your purchases at available ShopeePay partner merchant stores. Depending on the payment method available at the ShopeePay partner merchant store, you have two ways to pay:
1. Scan the ShopeePay merchant's QR code with:
a) Shopee App homepage QR code scanner
b) Scan on ShopeePay page
c) Another digital wallet app's QR code scanner *Coming Soon*
After you've scanned the QR code, enter the payment amount and description (optional) > Next > Pay Now > Enter ShopeePay PIN.
2. Get ShopeePay Merchants to scan your QR code from Pay on the ShopeePay page
On the ShopeePay page, select Pay > Enter ShopeePay PIN > show QR code to the ShopeePay merchant.
You'll receive a notification in your Wallet Updates folder once payment is successful.
⚠️Note • Using other digital wallet apps to scan ShopeePay merchant QR codes is currently not supported. • If your ShopeePay balance is insufficient for the payment, you'll be prompted to Cash-in your balance. Alternatively, you can ask the ShopeePay merchant if they can accept partial payments made manually between ShopeePay and another payment method. Please note that using other payment methods is not allowed if there's an applied discount/cashback voucher on the transaction. • If your ShopeePay balance gets deducted more than once during payment in the partner merchant store, you should request a refund from the merchant. Contact Shopee Customer Service if the merchant is unable to do so. |
