How do I pay for my COD order using ShopeePay, GCash, Bank apps, and E-wallets?

For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders via SPX Express, users can scan to pay with ShopeePay, GCash, bank apps, or e-wallets.
Benefits of Scan To Pay on delivery
No admin fees
No need to go out to physically withdraw money
No need to wait for riders to provide change
Package can be checked before the payment
⚠️Note This feature is only available for COD orders with SPX Express, using Standard Local delivery. Payment method changes are not allowed after placing an order. |
Once the rider delivers your order, inform your rider that you would like to pay your COD order via ShopeePay, GCash, other bank apps, or e-wallets. Open your ShopeePay, GCash, or bank app > Select Scan > Scan the SPX Express rider’s QRPh code. The COD amount will be displayed > Enter your PIN.
