M Lhuillier (ML) branches accept additional items for returns, provided that the guidelines below are strictly followed:

Gadgets

1. Specs sheet (specification sheet) is needed. Specs sheets indicate the specification of the gadgets. (Can be searched via Google for reference or samples - As an added customer service, ML may print the specs on a used/new bond paper).
2. Must be properly packed and protected with bubble wrap.

Appliances

1. Must come with its original packaging and with protective inserts such as Styrofoam, bubble wraps etc.
2. Bulky appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, television, and other very large appliances are NOT allowed.

Kitchenware/Houseware

1. Must be properly packed and protected with inserts such as cartons, papers, Styrofoam, bubble wraps, etc.
2. Very fragile or easily breakable items must be coordinated with the ML head office prior to acceptance since additional fees for creating or special handling may be charged.
3. Bulky or very large kitchenware/houseware is not allowed.

Musical Equipment/Instruments

1. Items must be properly packed.
2. Must be coordinated with the ML head office prior to acceptance since additional fees for creating or special handling may be charged.

Beverage

1. Must come with its original packaging if available and must have protective inserts such as cartons, Styrofoam, and bubble wrap.
2. Alcohol content must be properly declared in the item description.

MLhuillier is now accepting return parcels in NCR, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Please check operational branch details as not all branches are able to take returns.
