For approved refund requests:
For non-user-related errors/issues (e.g. failed transactions due to system error), this will result in a refund from our system within 24-48 hours. The complete payment amount (Bill Amount + Convenience Fee (if applicable) will be refunded to the user.
For user-initiated errors/issues (e.g. Invalid Account Number Encoded, Wrong Biller Selection, etc.), only the bill amount will be refunded to the user. The Convenience Fee (if applicable) will not be refunded.
