If delivery fails, the courier will attempt redelivery:
1st Attempt (Failed to Receive/Accept): A redelivery will be made within 2–3 days. Track your order in the app for updates.
2nd Attempt or Refusal on 1st Attempt: The order will be canceled and marked as Return to Sender (RTS).
Unsuccessful delivery attempts may happen due to:
Incomplete or invalid address
Inaccessible or closed location (e.g., shop/office)
Delivery outside operating hours
Rider unable to contact buyer
Unidentifiable address
Buyer requested rescheduling
Package was rejected
Uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, unrest)
⚠️Note · Once your order is marked as Return to Sender (RTS), it’s no longer eligible for redelivery. · For Non-COD orders, a refund will be issued once the parcel is returned to the seller. · Not all couriers send SMS or make calls—please track your order in the Shopee app. If contacted by a rider, feel free to respond directly. · For issues like rider behavior, fake delivery/pick-up, or incorrect statuses, contact the courier or reach out to Customer Service. |
