If you raised a return/refund for an order that was paid using SPayLater, the amount would be refunded to your SPayLater wallet directly after processing.
⚠️Note • If your refund request is approved within the Shopee Returns Window, the refund amount will be credited to your SPayLater account immediately. • For Offline refunds or refunds outside the Shopee’s Return Window, the refunded amount (full or partial) will be credited back to your available limit within 5-7 business days after approval and will reflect on future billings. |
To raise a refund request select the To Receive tab > Select the item you purchased with SPayLater > Select Return/ Refund.
⚠️Note • Make sure that all return/refund requests must be made within the Shopee Returns Window. Learn more about requesting a return/refund. • For the full amount refund, it will be refunded back to your SPayLater wallet and the adjustments will reflect on future billing. • For a partial refund, only the principal loan amount will be refunded and added to your SPayLater wallet. • For all refunded installment transactions, it will still appear on the user's SPayLater account as adjustments are done in future billing. |
