[New to Shopee] How do I find the Order ID for my purchase? (ENG)

To view the Order ID for your purchase, go to the Me tab on the Shopee App > select To Pay, To Ship, To Receive, or View Purchase History > select order > then scroll the Order Details page down. Select COPY if you need to share your Order ID.
⚠️ Note You may need to provide your Order ID during certain situations, such as when reaching out to sellers or Shopee Customer Service for cancellations, returns, or refunds. |
