If the delivery of SPX Express is unsuccessful, the courier will re-deliver your order:
- If you failed to receive your order on the first delivery attempt, it will be redelivered to you. Please expect another delivery attempt in 2-3 days.
- If you failed to receive your order on the second delivery attempt the order will be tagged as Return to Sender (RTS).
Unsuccessful delivery attempts may be due to the following reasons:
- Address is incomplete or invalid
- Address is temporarily inaccessible
- Address (shop or office) is closed
- Delivery time is too late
- Buyer could not be contacted
- Buyer is not identified at the delivery location
- Buyer requested a rescheduling of the delivery
- The package was rejected by the buyer
- Other factors cannot be controlled, such as natural disasters, epidemics, states of war, riots, terrorism, and others
